I grew up watching boxing. Not casually — obsessively. Studying how Pernell Whitaker made elite fighters miss by inches. How Marvin Hagler walked through fire to break a man down. How Floyd Mayweather turned defence into an art form. Boxing isn't just a sport. It's a science. And I always felt that science was missing from the games that claimed to represent it.

Top Champs® was born from that frustration. I wanted to build something that didn't just slap a boxer's face on a card and call it a day. I wanted a game where a fighter's style actually matters. Where a slick counter-puncher plays differently to a pressure fighter. Where knowing boxing gives you a real edge.

So I started designing cards. One at a time. Studying each fighter's record, their style, their strengths and weaknesses. Building a system that felt honest. It took longer than I expected. But every card in this game exists because I believe that fighter earned their place.

Top Champs® is a premium boxing card strategy game where authentic boxing knowledge meets collectible card design. Every fighter card is rated on a scale up to 500, with attributes and traits that reflect their real-world ability in the ring.

The five-tier system — from Journeymen to World Champions — isn't arbitrary. It's built on hours of research, real fight analysis, and a deep respect for what each level of the sport demands. A Journeyman card isn't filler. It's a fighter who showed up, fought hard, and earned their place in the game.

The card designs themselves are meant to feel premium. Cosmic backgrounds, gold accents, detailed stat breakdowns — because if you're going to honour a fighter, the card should look like it belongs in a frame, not a bargain bin.

This isn't a rush job. The beta roster is being finalised carefully, with every fighter's inclusion confirmed and respected. When the full roster drops, every name on it will be there because they belong.
